Shipping policy:

Delivery for all orders will be by DHL/UPS.

Your order will be processed and shipped within one business day. Your order should arrive within 1–4 business days.

Cancellation policy:

Orders can ONLY be canceled within one business day of ordering.

We do not accept cancellations one day after the order has been placed, as these are already being shipped.

No cancellation fees are due for orders that have not been purchased with express delivery and when the cancellation has been requested within 12 hours of order confirmation.

All orders that are canceled after 12 hours of order confirmation and/or that have been purchased with express delivery are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price.

All cancellation requests received after one business day cannot be processed because the order has already been shipped.

Cancellation request:

You must send an email with your full name, order number and the reason for cancellation to us.

Returns/refund policy:

We accept returns of all orders within a 30-day period.

Return requests are granted only within 30 days of purchase.

If an unforeseen delay has occurred in the supply, you can request an extension of the 30-day period.

After 30 days, returns/refunds are not approved.

Our returns policy is simple—you will get the full amount refunded, less 15% returns fee. Our returns fee includes open or empty bottles. You must therefore also return the empty/sealed bottles to get a full refund. Carelessness in relation to a return of the bottles can lead to delay/denial of refund.

Refunds will be made within 5–7 business days from the moment the warehouse receives you return shipment.

Cash-on-delivery orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns/refund requests:

You must send an email with your full name, order number and the reason for cancellation to us.

Tracking returns:

To request a refund, you need to provide your tracking number. If we receive no tracking number with your refund request, the refund may be refused and delayed.

Send your refund request with the tracking number. Please notify us as soon as this is delivered to the dispatch center. Our accounting department can then initiate the refund.
